Intellectual Property

 

You may not copy, modify, re-publish or re-distribute any of the third party content to which you gain access through sytext, without first obtaining the consent of the owner of that content.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in MIAMI (FL), subject to assignment of specific jurisdiction as the result of a particular legal or regulatory text. In the event of a dispute relating to application and/or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, the user has the option of entering into contractual mediation proceedings or any other form of alternative dispute resolution.

1.1. All translation, localization, DTP, proofreading, transcription services shall be done according to the order form sent by sytext.

 

1.2. Each request for translation services made to sytext is made subject to these terms and conditions.

 

1.3. sytext reserves the right to decline to issue a quote or to provide any translation services if the source materials contain any material which sytext considers to be offensive, obscene, contrary to any law.

 

2. Provision of Services

2.1. sytext has no responsibility to review the quality of the source materials for typographical or any other errors contained.

 

3. Payment

 

3.1. Payments of the services are due within 30 days after invoice date.

 

3.2. Payment should be processed via Credit Card, Check, Bank Transfer or Paypal.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

4.1. All intellectual property, translation memories, glossaries not provided by the customer and used by sytext in its performance are and will remain the property of sytext.
